These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of longertogetherpet.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Longer Together Pet Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
Our products
Longer Together Pet Co. sells dental health supplements for dogs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a medical condition.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and any shipping.
Subscriptions and recurring orders
Some products are available on a recurring subscription. When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the delivery schedule you select, at the then current price, until you cancel. Your first charge happens when you place the order, and each renewal is charged on the schedule shown at checkout.
We will send you an email before each renewal charge, so you always know what is coming and when. That email includes a link to manage your subscription.
You are in control. You can change your delivery frequency, swap products, update your payment method or shipping address, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You can do any of this two ways:
- Use the manage subscription link in your order confirmation or renewal email.
- Email us at help@longertogetherpet.com and we will take care of it for you.
Changes and cancellations take effect on your next scheduled charge. If an order has already processed, we cannot cancel it, but it is still covered by our 365 day money back guarantee.
Subscription prices may change. If they do, we will give you notice before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before your next renewal if you would rather not continue.
If a renewal payment does not go through, we will try again and email you so you can update your payment details. If we are not able to collect payment, your subscription may be paused until it is resolved.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except as provided in our shipping policy.
Returns and the 365 day guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 365 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at help@longertogetherpet.com within 365 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with our guarantee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Full details are in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Longer Together Pet Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you agree to those practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longer Together Pet Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
