Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders over $80 ship free.

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on where you live. Most orders arrive within about a week of shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us at help@longertogetherpet.com and we will make it right.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment.
